This is a 4 week journey through different somatic (body awareness) practices, Kundalini yoga & breathwork techniques to reset the body and mind. If you’ve been feeling the need to release the built up layers of stress & help your body remember a regulated state of calm awareness then this is for you. It’s a mix of invigorating movements which will get the energy flowing to promote lymphatic circulation and detoxify the body. Blended with peaceful flow state exercises to gently ground you inwards. WEEK 4 - RESTORE - Tuesday 16th December 6.30 - 7.30pm
Kundalini yoga offers numerous benefits, including enhanced mental clarity and emotional resilience. It stimulates the nervous system, promoting increased energy levels and reducing stress. Regular practice supports improved flexibility and strength while balancing the body's energy centres, leading to a greater sense of inner peace and spiritual awareness.
